Christine Marie Berkhout (1923) De schimmelgeslachten Monilia, Oidium, Oospora, en Torula (On the taxa Monilia, Oidium, Oospora, and Torula) 77 pp.
This is Berkhout's doctoral thesis, from the University of Utrecht. In it, she declares the (very popular!) genera Candida (type species Monilia candida) and Pullularia (type species Dematium pullulans). Unfortunately, Berkeley had already declared Pullularia; I don't know which author's concept we're using now.
All this and a thesis, in only 77 pages!
